Jewels Royal, founder and Executive Director of the Parent Enhancement Program, has walked in your shoes. She became a mother at 16, ran a successful in-home daycare raising over 60 children, and spent over two decades in the trenches—supporting parents, nurturing families, and learning how every behavior is a message waiting to be understood.

Today, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and International Certified Parent Coach, Jewels specializes in helping families of children with autism unlock the tools to connect— without shame, guilt, or burnout.

Her gift is simple but powerful: She helps you understand your child’s world, so you can show up with confidence, calm, and compassion.
